BREAKFAST: 1 X Boiled egg, 2 x ww bread, vegemite and 2 x tablespoons baked beans.
LUNCH: Fish sticks, raw garlic, grated carrots, tomatoes, cucumber, green pepper, sea salt and chilli flakes. (cant wait!)
DINNER: Pasta, tuna fish in brine, onion...
