    Weeklies

I use them as a buffer. So I never plan on using them but they sit there waiting and then if/when I do want the slice of chocolate Swiss roll that is calling my name from the kitchen right now I know I can as I have my weeklies to point it with I've never used them all up but do get pretty...

You all need to go back and re-read my post - I at no point mentioned anything about FF mums being bad. So thanks for putting awful words in my mouth. My mum FF me and my best friend FFs. Yes, I wouldn't have chosen it for my baby even though I was begged to by family for my own health and...

Pregnancy and Baby Advice Thread: From Conception to Birth, and Beyond!

Yes I'm exclusively BFing. DD has never had a bottle - she's 9.5 months. I've tried a couple of times with expressed milk but she doesn't know how and to be honest I like it that way. It's what babies are meant to do and you only have to read a tiny bit to learn the benefits of breastfeeding...

    Proud of myself today.

Had a pub lunch with girls from my antenatal class today. They all had burgers and even though it's weigh in day so the easiest day to make an excuse for a treat (I weigh in the morning) I was very good and had one of the light options. Felt good. :)

Hi Hun, im im sorry you've had such a hard start with BFing. Im a volunteer & bf peer supporter at our local baby cafe and the advice you've been given makes me so angry. :( if you don't want to please don't supplement with formula. You'll only cause yourself to have less milk. The 20...

    new to ww

I've tried SW in the past and wasn't a fan but did really well on WW which is why I'm back on it. Being able to eat what I want when I want is the best thing for me rather than having strange rules etc. Good luck with your WI. X
  14. CupcakeMummy

Can you follow WW whilst pregnant?

I think maybe go up to maintenance level Hun. Also - I lost 1.5st with morning sickness! So don't rule that out! Lol. If you do get sick bad then just eat whatever you fancy. Then once it passes make healthy choices. Xxx Congratulations. Xxx

How do you use your weeklies? How many of them do you usually use?

Thanks Hun, That's what I was planning them for really - not got any plans this weekend so no excuse to eat bad etc. Glad to hear I am doing it right. X Huge congrats on your amazing weight loss!

How do you use your weeklies? How many of them do you usually use?

I started on Monday. I'm breastfeeding so with the extra points I get 39PP a day. I've not really been holding back and still have 41 wekly points left, and my activity points. Do I need to eat them all? What do you do?

Any other Breastfeeding Mummies out there?

I just started WWPP this week - it's going great so far. Currently BFing my beautiful girl - she's 9 months old and loves her food (we're doing baby led weaning and she eats a lot most days) but she still feeds 3-5 times in the day and 2-4 times overnight. I've heard mixed opinions on Bfing...

18 weeks until the big day!

Had my first dress fitting last night. Mainly to sort the length out. I was honestly dreading it as my dress is a size 14 and last time it was on the back (lace up) didn't properly meet and I have been dreading having all armpit and back fat hanging over the top. BUT it looked great! There...

A quick question if I may

Heya :) I use weightlossresources but it still has a nutrition profile target for %'s of fat, protein and carbs. I don't eat to fulfill those targerts, just the calories, but I do find on days I eat healthily I can be pretty much sopt on the targets! :) I know carbs are my big downfall, so I...

I'm exactly the same! It's best if you can have stuff to hand ready for when you know it's going to strike! Do you ever buy pink'n'white wafers? They are only 50 odd calories each and are quite big. I find a cadbury highlights hot chocolate can help too. As for this month just put it down as...

I actually bought my dress about 10 months ago. It fitted me fine then (I was almost a stone lighter than I am now) but it laces up at the back and has plenty of space left if I were to lose more than a stone. Back to CC'ing!

Hello :) I just started CCing a week ago, on between 1200 and 1500 a day, and it's going great so far. I think 1200 is just the right number to fit in all the healthy essentials, and still the odd treat, without ever needing to feel hungry. Good luck!
