    Which group to go to?

    I love SW, only because you can snack on as much fruit and veg as you like and with WW you have to count fruit as points, and in my head if I was going to use points I tended to use them on unhealthy things instead !!

    HELP PLEASE :-(

    Fruit and veg are free on SW so you are doing well by snacking on that, but you have to have your syns! I aim for around 10 syns a day, because I found that the weeks that I wasn't having my syns I either gained or stayed the same, and the weeks where I felt I had done nothing but eat I lost !!

    What is your motivation to lose weight?

    I want to feel comfortable naked. I want to be able to look in the mirror with no clothes on not avoid the mirror ! I want to be able to get changed/dressed in front of my partner without feeling disgusted with myself. I want to be able to say no to the bad foods.

    Zumba

    I LOVE zumba ! They only have it once a week at my gym though on a Friday night, I need a fix mid week !! I usually wear just jogging bottoms/leggings, baggy t-shirt and flats (I dont wear trainers!) I probably should, I just hate the way they feel on my feet. Lol. Good luck for next week...

    Talking to friends about your weight

    I'm glad I've came here too !! I can't really talk to my friends about weight. They are pretty much all heavier than me bar one who is teeny tiny, and she is the only one I can talk to without her saying "you dont need to lose weight" and "dont be silly".     kettlebells

    I would definately say go with the smallest kettlebells you can, if you are doing the exercises correctly after about 20 minutes your arms will ache lots with larger weights. I do kettlebell class at my local gym once a week and its hard ! Remember to keep a tight grip or they could go flying...

    not eating REALLY doesnt help

    I so know how you feel. I do nightshift and day shift straight after eachother, and I can't get the hang of my eating patterns after them, I'm so hungry during nightshift and so knackered during the day that I end up eating so little !! I'm glad you have proved the point though !!x
