    Just binged!!

    I dont even know where it came from! I just saw a sandwich in the cafe and brought it and ate it, then had two juices and some chocloate and i was feeling so so ill, and it bloody made me sick!     Exercise?!

    OKay cool thanks, im doing classes at the gym, four a week, and going to try and do some weights 3 times a week as well...just found out i cant do my weigh in for the first week so i wont know how much ive lost till 14 days in...maybe ill just weigh myself! I cant really feel it coming off...
