    700 cal dinner

    I ended up having chicken tikka, 300g for 346 calories!, brown rice and salad! Came in at 550 so I had a milky way after! Very very full. Thanks for the ideas! Definitely having one for tomo.

    Weighed myself again this morning...3lbs gone! Very happy! I'm 17-3 now. Drank a lot of water over the weekend and kept calories to a minimum.

    Really need a hug....

    You need to feed this friend of yours up when she visits, lace her food with bacon fat! You've still got a couple of weeks until christmas. If I were you I'd take it easy, don't be too hard on yourself but don't go too wild! After new year you'll be in a better frame of mind!

    Arghhhh first bad day. Not happy at all! I had a bacon butty - grilled and nimble bread so nothing too bad there. I then had a tuna pasta....not amazing. Toffee crisp....terrible. Indian takeaway...wire my mouth shut someone?! I didn't enjoy it but I ate it all. I feel bad about it...

    Yep - I'm worrying about the possibility of loose skin now. I doubt my first target weight will cause any but when I go for my next one I think it might. Going to head out and buy some cocoa butter and get a gym membership after xmas!

    Ta! I didn't really count this weekend, but I didn't pig out! Had 3 meals, but had a big dinner each night but nothing bad. Got back to counting today. Porridge. Soup and fish finger wrap. Steak, peas, brown rice and sweet thai chilli sauce. Snack-a-jacks. Small packet of animal biscuits.

    I'm using a foodfocus online diary. It clocks up all my calories but also he fat, carbs and protein. I'm keeping carbs at around 200g but I've no idea with the other two. Anyone know any guidelines? I hear that protein should be in relation to your weight?

    Chicken Soup....

    When I did lipotrim a few years ago I could only stomach chicken soup for one week. BUT because I hated it so much and couldn't finish it I lost a stone in week one! Very tempted to give LT another try...calorie counting for 6 weeks and then I think I'll decide.
