I've got loads of red and white cabbage but not sure what to do with it other than have it as salad. Any ideas before the go off. Thank you in advance x
Plan attack. I definitely Dnt drink enough fluids. Gona carry a water bottle around with me n drink as much as possible and see if it showing much different on next weeks weigh in. If we all do it the let us know how we get on x z x
i have slipped up loads this week n today i have started again.
gona go food shopping and get in loads a fruit n yoghurt's that are free ready for when i want to munch out. i'll have something quick to grab x good luck
have handy healthy snacks ready, sugar free jelly is free. n comes in handy ready made tubs too. u can buy um in blk on offer in tesco and asda usually x hope this helps
i am new to minimins n not sure what i am doing, but i am on slimming world and i weigh in on a thursday, i started 5 weeks ago and i have lost 11lbs in total, n still need to loose a lot more.

i tried this the other night n it was fab, i had it with a pitta n salad n sw chipps, it was gorgeous xxx
tip: mix ur meat n herbs in the morning n let it settle in fridge until u need to cook it x
