    rice, cous cous, pasta - same points when cooked

    Hi I've got the point value for 30g, 60g, etc of raw pasta, cous cous, rice, etc. If I measure out the raw value and boil it / cook it, does it retain the same points value as it did when raw even though it weighs more?
