    Haha a cup is a measurement for volume. So you couldn't create a gram/pound equivalent because it differs depending on the weight of individual ingredients. If you have a measuring jug that has milliliters on it, it's the same as 250ml.

    If you find it easy to play the points around in your head, then try the discover plan again for the week - can't do any harm! Only been on it for 3 weeks now but so much of it seems to come as second nature. The propoints system juggles more figures, I think I'd get frustrated! - Tuppers

    Wannabe10Stone - Get yourself a copy of Just Dance. It's so much fun, and really really works up a sweat. They've got two versions out now, and the song selection is really good. As long as you use it, it's totally worth the money. Great for when people come round too - appropriate for all ages!
