    I'm making my housemates home made chicken kebab, pittas, garlic sauce (with yoghurt), salad and slimming world chips.. don't think the boys believe I'm allowed kebab on a diet lol!

    Weigh in day!! Probably a really bad idea but I never eat until I'm weighed... just a bad habit I got into at weight watchers! Dinner (treat night!!) Home made chicken kebab with asda wholemeal pitta (HexB), 1 tbsp reduced fat houmous (2syns) garlic sauce (made with fat free natural yoghurt)...

    HELP

    I hate veg too but I add it to my bolognaise, chillies, curries etc and try to 'hide' it. You could always try making soups too just blend it all and add some herbs/spices for flavour, so it doesn't taste like you're eating veg as such :)

    Wedding countdown diary!

    Weigh in tomorrow feeling really excited to see if I've lost anything! Had another good day apart from pasta bake for dinner, but that was only 6 syns for the sauce, and I had it with wholemeal pasta and LF cheese.. hoping it will be okay anyway!

    If it's cardio I'm sure you'll burn calories.. not sure about the muscle thing though, I was told at the gym once it would take ages to build muscle that would weigh lots.. but I'm sure someone more experienced here will have a much better answer :D Or try googling x

    I've just finished a really long and very boring essay! My usual reward for doing so would be family sized crisps and dip; instead I'm having a long bubble bath with a magazine! And I got through the whole essay this week without snacking on rubbish ;);)
