    3lbs off yay!! This week I changed my eating habits and only ate when I felt hungry- not because it was labelled 'free food'. :p I also ate less carbs, or had them morning/lunch time, and ate more protein and veg. :)

    I know what you mean!! I normally live in jeans, trousers, baggy tops etc...rather tom boy ish... def want to resemble something of a woman on my big day!!! I wish you all the luck in the world with your journey. :) Sarah x

    Hey everyone, I am going to start Slimming World tomorrow as I need to shift some of this damn weight! I am getting married in April 2012 and, I think, I will have about 4 stone to loose to feel happy within myself. I am dreading stepping on those scales tomorrow though...argh.... :confused:

    Hi All, I am getting married in April 2012 and probably have, at a guess, 4 stone to shift to be in a healthy weight range. :( So, tomorrow I am going to join Slimming World in the hope that I can shift some of the 'outer' me! :p Good luck everyone. xx
