    12pm, 4pm and 7.30 :D (bar last, unless I'd be out & about over a pack time) Its finding what works for you -I know personally, there's no way could I start at 9 then go through to the evening without anything but if it works stick with it :D x

    Re-start!

    Milk in Tea/Coffee

    Ohhhh I'll be watching the answer to this. the only thing I struggle with is missing my morning cup of tea, I've tried and tried but I can't drink it black, and coffee that early that early makes me feel queasy!

    In just one week! :eek: I'm so pleased!! :D Still going ok! I found a nice little routine around when I have my shakes etc and how much water I drink, its quickly becoming my routine. Quite aware boredom may set in soon, but the result on scales this morning will help!!! :D

    how to make the shakes??

    Sachet says 200-250mls, I use 250mls & a hand blender - I think you'd struggle with a whisk (suggestion on packets) to get it smooth.
