My buffet standards are the onion bhaji's (from the curry heaven recipe book) - I always use more onion and less flour so lower syns... lamb khofte kebabs and the samosa's...
Also just found the prawn toast recipe on the SW website - look good and will try for this New...

Happy to support (when I can)... I joined SW at the end of Feb this year and I got my 7st award last week... so you can do it!:)
