I boiled the milk added cous cous have to say it was ok but dont think Ill have it again lol

Tomorrow I am going to have a go at sweet couscous cooked in milk and some sweetener and cinnamon added and maybe syn some flaked almonds!

I REALLY dont get it see my post couscous pancakes lol if doe breakfast I had 1 nana, 1 apple and a few berries and a muller light what is the difference if i make it into a smoothy! boknkers I tell ye!

But my consultant said its because I had it for breakfast and you would not normally have it for breakfast aeven though there are heaps and heaps of recipes online for couscous and quinoa porridge and pancakes lol

Had a fab holiday in spain weather was not great had some lovely sunny days but also some very wet rainy days too, but went to wi last night and stayed the same weight whoo hooo we must of of walked 100+ miles the whole holiday also went up into the mountains so happy back on track now yea meeeee

Excited much 2 sleeps and am off to SPAIN can't wait hehe although they are having lots of rain over there at the mo lol it is still hot I will be the dodgy tourist in me shorts and flip flops still haha

yes syn if eating as a snack on there own but if having with say a chilli or something then free well thats what my consultant said anyway lol she even said eating then with a big bowl of syn free salsa was fine!

I think they say a stone a dress size but I have just got my first stone and am still in the same size although as my consultant pointed out my clothes where tight before so hopefully few more lb's and u will be there x
