Hi Just been to buy a bottle of Ribena plus and yeah no citric, I also bought a 6 pack of Ribena Plus cartons (same flavour as bottle) for convienience when I am out and about - but didnt check the label until I got home. Bizarrely the cartons of exactly the same stuff have citric acid in them...

Thanks for the replies. I guess I stick as much as possible to the soups/shakes/bars but I might try a couple of others just with hot water more as an experiment than anything else!

Hi Starting S&S but often stay in hotels for upto a week at a time with work and they dont have microwaves available to guests - Ive checked and even asked due to being on a specialised diet but they wont provide one - the hotels are overseas, if they were in the UK I would take a microwave...

looking on the back of the sachets, the main ingredient is "skimmed milk powder", so I dont see what would be wrong using a little bit of skimmed milk powder in tea and coffee to whiten them??
