Hi guys, I came off plan for a while as I've been having lot's of health issues - anyway, now it turns out I have IBS on top of all of this. I have been in constant pain for the last week & can't face eating so I'm thinking of making a return to the plan to ensure that I will be getting all...

it's been another crap week for me  ive been absolutely killing myself on SS/SS+ but because i have been on my period for the last 6/7 weeks, i've been prescribed norethisterone (hormone) tablets to take on top of my implant & its totally messed up my weight loss :( weigh-in yesterday &...

    TOTM & Cambridge

weight loss is usually less because u retain water - which is why u usually tend to see a slightly bigger loss the next week because it balances back out :) i started TOTM just after i started CD.. unfortunately, almost 7 weeks in & its not yet stopped which has caused me to have low losses...

    Having a Panic

We're all booked for 3 weeks in Florida at the end of April, but I'm having a sudden panic about the theme parks.. I'm 5'4, currently weigh 16st (size 20), although I am hoping to lose another 2st before we go, but I'm worrying myself sick that I won't fit on any of the rides.. It would be...

    Couch to 5K Challenge - who's in?

i started this just before starting CD but i was heavily advised against it whilst on the plan by my Dr & my CDC so i gave it up... the reason they explained was that exercise this intense can not only burn u out on the lower CD plans, but it will cause u to retain water (therefore affecting ur...

    810 plan

i did my first 3 weeks on 1000 plan & lost 18lbs in that time so i definitely think u will still see some brilliant losses on 810 :D Xx

    Preparation?

cutting down on your carb intake will help ease u into it a bit more - the first week is crappy anyway so preparing your body by easing off the carbs just makes having to deal with carb withdrawal that little bit easier. Xx

    Inch Loss

I was just wondering, how has your inch loss compared to your weight loss? Are you seeing more results on the scales or more results on the tape measure? So far, in 5 weeks (3 weeks on 1000cal & 2 weeks on SS/SS+), I've lost 25lbs plus.. 1 inch off each arm 2 inches off my bust 3 inches off...

choc mint as a hot choc - the only shake i can stomach (can't stand the soups or porridge!).. love the choc & banana tetras & most of the bars are yummy!! orange is by farrr the best, but i love the cranberry, caramel & toffee ones too.. mint choc is alright but it tastes a bit like cardboard...

    Treat Ideas!

i think having a reward for milestones is a brilliant idea to help spur u on & i know a lot of people are doing it for every 7lbs or every stone, but ive decided to go down the dress size route as this is what im aiming for rather than a particular weight.. i have about 4 or 5 sizes to drop so...

    Finding your own "style"

totally untrue hun! i was a size 20/22 when i did my fashion degree - and there were a fair few girls bigger. but maybe u should set it as one of ur goals.. UCAS opens again in september, by which time u could be exactly where u want to be ;) u should go for it! new size, new direction! Xx

    Weigh in 4

me too - but on the plus side, at least its not because we're not losing fat! its just because our body's are retaining water so theoretically u should see a bigger loss than usual next week (i might not because its been TOTM for 3 blimmin' weeks already & it doesnt look like its about to go...

im an ex-fashion student & even i find it difficult to style myself lol.. i would totally love to be Gok'd! :D i just think its a case of having a major girly shopping day (or weekend!) & take along friends u know will be brutally honest.. others tend to see what we can't see for ourselves. Xx
