    I didn't think it was too bad actually, there's 10 syns in the naan so I'm not going to have that, so my curry will only be 8.5. If you compare that to a beef burger that contains 60 syns!! Lol. You're right about the chilli though, maybe I'll have that next time. :-)

    Well I thought they were but.... Extra Ice Mints, Sugar Free, 4 mints - 1 syn Extra Ice Mints, Sugar Free, 29.5g tube - 1 syn Wrigley's Extra, Sugar Free Gum, all varieties, 4 pellets - 0.5 syns. So there's not many but they're free and I thought they were. x

    Did you know.....?

    I bought some sugar free polos today instead of chewing gum thinking they would be free but when I checked there was 4 syns in the pack, so glad I looked it up before I ate them!!! I was soooo shocked so beware things you think may be free might not be. Lol :-)

    Thanks for the advice everyone. So, I'll carry on with my couch to 5k, I've started it but never finished the whole thing. That should get me in2 shape a bit. (I hope). Lol. Maybe in Preston they haven't started registration for this year yet?!

    Thanks for your tips everyone. I do eat a lot of carbs so I'm going to cut down on them and see how that helps. I've also bought some strawberry fat free yoghurt and blueberries to pick on.
