    Well done on getting through your first day:) I've managed to find lots of nice low cal snacks in the last few weeks (including sweets and choc) so if you want a list give me a shout! I find it easier to have low cal meals and quite a few snacks!

    Not sure about the milk calories sorry as I don't use it. All the rest looks right though, it might be worth counting the actual veg calories if you want to be spot on but they are low in cals so it's up to you :)

    Low Cal Snax!

    I love the boots shapers bars - chocolate and strawberry or chocolate mint, 84 calories each. Also tesco black olive mini twists (like cheese straws) 120 cals for 12, really nice! Anyone know where they sell snack a jack popcorn now as can't find it anymore? Ooh and mini bags of jelly tots 96...
