    SW Chips Tips Please! :)

    You just need to boil them until they start to go a little soft. Don't worry about exact times. I usually make wedges, put a few potatos in the microwave, like I was going to make a jacket, just let them start to soften, chop them into wedges, on a baking trey sprayed with frylite.

    1.5 on! Gutted was hoping it wasn't that bad, still 9 lbs off in total, here's to a good week, 4 13hour nights to do so plenty of soup and fruit to take with me. Feel a bit deflated but gonna try and get it back off and some.

    It's my 4th week and did really well the.first 2 weeks and gained last week, only half a pound but still a gain! Still don't feel like I've got my head round it and slipping into old ways all the time. Not had a good week and consultant a bit strict so might not go!

    Please help (re sw chips)
