    Had to settle for bacon n egg pancakes followed by lemon n sugar! Definitely not healthy pancakes and I'm bow bursting at the seams! It was worth it! I only have pancakes on grove Tuesday! I'll have to give up food again for lent! Lol!

    I'm doing 1 evening meal a day with 2 products (Lipotrim or maintenance) I have a few of each left. Doing this for 2 weeks then 2 weeks of lunch and dinner with 1 product (Lipotrim or maintenance) then 3 meals a day and back to normal and maybe a cheeky wine!

    Thank you! Weighed my chicken last night but couldn't eat it all. Our cat was happy about this! Struggling to eat as still feel full all the time but my salad with balsamic vinegar was great! Definitely going to weigh everything until I get a good eye for portion size!

    Yeah I didn't really have a target weight when I went to the chemist. Just needed to fit in my wedding dress and it fits like a dream now so I guess I'm at my target weight even though I didn't have one at the start!

    Well I nearly made scrambled eggs with no milk but we had no eggs in so had a crapjack and plenty of sparkling water. Feeling a bit better now. If I still feel pants tmrw I'll go back to the chemist. Really don't want to eat anything until Saturday though coz thats when I start to refeed.

    Hi, I'm going to start refeed in saturday doing 2 weeks with 2 shakes and an evening meal then 2 weeks if 1 shake and lunch and evening meal then back to 3 healthy small meals a day. Not going to other with the maintenance products but did get some from the Lipotrim site for free just in case!

    You've done it, just put it to the back of your mind and get back in the club! Atleast when temptation arises it's ugly head again you can call on the kfc event and know that it wasn't the best idea and you can stay focussed with your eyes firmly on the prize. Good luck sweet.

    I had one last week and kept gargling with the salt water, was a pain but went eventually. Paracetamol deffo helped too. Hope it goes quickly so you can crack on.

    Went for my WI today and the chemist said it's fine to have 2 flapjacks and a shake or even 3 flapjacks! She said it shouldn't affect weight loss. At the moment I'm having breakfast shake and flapjack lunch and tea. 6lbs to go so can't be doing much harm! Lol!

    I felt the same, have some paracetamol and get in bed early of that's how you feel. At the beginning some nights I was in bed for 7.30! Day 11 now and feeling loads better. Keep an eye on how your feeling though as if you don't feel better in a couple of days go back to your chemist. Deb x
