    I am please to report that I am 10st - 2½lb this morning. Yesterday I went for a 1 hour bike ride with DH. I also took my dog for an hours walk while he was down the pub watching football. I think extra body magic is the way forward for me to lose the last few pounds.

    Hi margarino Go to the supermarket and buy a box of Dulcolax. I find 2 at night (occassionally) does the trick. Not a good idea to take Alli while following Atkins it would defeat the object of what you are doing. (IMHO) Good luck :)

    I followed the extra easy plan 100%, I averaged 8 syns a day, and drank loads of sugar free hot blackcurrant and apple (the double concentrated version in Tesco). I have it fairly hot in a tall glass it's like a fruit tea and very moreish :)

    Hi, I'm Jill, just back from rejoining SW again. (different group) ;) I nearly :cry: when I saw I had put on a stone since the last meeting I attended (end of Nov). I am so glad I have found this forum, I have been lurking since Jan 1st, so feel I know some of you already.
