    every new flavour is a taste explosion, its like i had never eaten before lol. I've been using extra hot curry powder since day 2 of refeed and was fine, i was always one for really spicy hot foods :)

    Thanks for the comment Tori :) , yes flavoured water will be fine as you will be out of ketosis, i believe i was out of it after the lipotrim bar as i did a pee test in the afternoon and the ketostick stayed beige.

    i tried every diet under the sun before this one, i always found that it was too easy to cheat whereas on this you werent eating in the 1st place so couldn't cheat :) . when you reach the end of week one and see your loss you wont want to stop :)

    i never noticed to be honest but i would say its a side effect of the diet/shakes. I personally wouldnt worry about it myself but if you are ask your pharmacist, they should be able to advise better :)

So all i have done is had my 2 shakes a day (morning at 9am and evening at 7.30pm) and drink 4 litres of water (no more) ...
