    Anyone in the 17s wanting to get into the 16s

    I'm joining. Started last Friday at 18stone but lost 5lbs so I am now 17.9lbs. Getting married in September so hoping I can get in the 16s soon!

    Friday weigh in anyone?

    Started last week & lost 5lbs. Got another 2stone 9lbs to my goal and as I'm getting married this year got first dress fitting in July so hope I can get the majority off by then. It's nice to hear everyones weight loss, very motivating.

    I want a flatter tummy and smaller thighs. Would hav said off my face too but think i've lost it there already & wen I get near goal weight it starts to look 2 thin. I'm 5ft 10 though so the thighs will always b chunky.

    Had a really bad day today. Came down with a really awful cold yesterday but was 100% all day (Day 14) of the diet.     That's great Bassmama! Nothing like getting a good weigh in result to motivate you to keep going. I've still got some shakes left over from when I went on the diet last time (only lasted a week) so think my weigh in day will be Friday - i'll let you know how I go on. x

    Lipotrim side symptoms

    This could be because your sleeping more your in a lighter sleep. I know if I'm only in a light sleep I get some random dreams. Also if your not watching tv perhaps your minds thinking about stuff alot, ie: is more active before you go to sleep. Why not try reading a chapter of a book...
