    Yeah I've got 2lbs to go had a very sticky 5 weeks hanging around 10 st 12!!! But seems to have sorted itself now im back to loosing properly hopefully I'll see my club 10 next week xx

    It was ok to start with and it taught me a healthier way to cook it just stopped helping me loose any weight I just bloated on pasta n dried packet crap :(

    Thanks I'm not really that fit, I had my baby in august n got to 11 st 10 days after n then it just piled on. I go with a few friends to the gym n concentrate on classes I like which motivates me to do more without going over the top x Just stocking to it with so much temptation is hard...

    2st to lose

    HI I Have 2st to loose to I start back at club Thursday. In prep Ive done my Shoping online, prepared my syn tin for treats and worked out a list of syns for things i use all the time. I'm now just about to do my menu for the week . Good luck
