Hi, same age, same type of job and a stone still to lose, however if this helps you yesterday weight loss weigh in was 6lbs off, just make sure you have tetras and water in your car at all times.... Tell work colleagues who may sabotage accidentally! your plan that you've just eaten...

    Great tips!! Some great tips, my fave has always been paint your nails this way I cannot use my hands to grab food and by the time the varnish has dried the food lusting has usually passed, also have been known to have four baths in one day in first couple of waiting for ketosis day to kick in :)

    Hey have you been measured? I find that I alternate between weight loss one week and inch loss the next, perhaps you may be experiencing something similar? My CDC advises approx 8lbs loss is a dress size down depending on your body frame type, me personally takes 10-11lbs, keep at it!! :)

    whats your story - day 10; my diary

    Don't know if this will help but when I did Lighterlife four years ago after 2-3 weigh ins, my weight loss stopped and I lost inches instead and the pattern of losing weight one week and inches the next continued for the 11 weeks I did the diet, so take heart! :)
