No, it's not dehydration as my urine concentration is very weak (checked on Multistix SG). Lost a stone in 8 days so maybe that is why.

Hi Zombie I am a soul singer,primarily. It is a good job in the respect that I am home when kids get in from school. The drawback is that you have no social life to speak of. My hubby is my sound and light tech so we work together. That is good. I'm surprised we still find things to talk about.
