You don't have to eat everything on your late. Select the meat/fish and the veg/salad and that's fine.
You could lose inches and no pounds on the scale so don't worry about the scale :)
5 pounds is great for the first week, that's what I lost!
Not sure why the scales aren't moving but try no to weigh yourself at home only when you see your CDC, her scales might be different xx
You need to drink more water if you have a tetra (same as with the bars). I don't like the shakes but I like the tetras, different texture and taste I think x
Didn't have any bold patches, just less hair, and thinner. But didn't really mind as the weight loss was amazing. Hair back to normal after so don't worry too much xx
I had that first time I did that diet. Every time I washed my hair lots were coming off!
When I went on higher steps it was better, and my hair got thicker when I stopped the diet.
So only have to go through that for a couple of months then it will be back to normal :0)
VLR, it was the same for me 2 years ago when I first did Cambridge, but they were back to normal roughly after 3-4 months.
So they wont stay that bad for ever, the skin will get better x

You must be sensitive to carb as well :(
But I remember it was quite big a portion of protein, so it will fill you up. Can you stagger the protein through the day maybe?
You should be in ketosis by tomorrow, so don't undo all the hard work of these last 3 days, you would have to start all over again and go through 3 days of hunger again :(
First week is the hardest, then it's easier, so keep going xx
I wonder why she weighed you after only 4 days, surely you are going to lose more in 3 more days? Would have waited the end of the full week to get on the scale so you don't get demotivated.

Could you have one of these Cambridge ready meals? My CC said there are better as there are more protein in them.
But not sure if saying that is just to sell them, it would be cheaper to have a ww ready meal instead!

Tetras are shakes already made, quite handy to have as you can bring it with you anywhere.
Losses are roughly one stone per month

I would have a first day of eating normal food but without any carbs, like a beef stew with lots of veg, or any meat with veg, cheese, yogurt, fruits... Then second day will be easier going straight back on Cambridge meals. It worked for me, I was on ketosis on day 2 :0)

I fill up a 50cl bottle of water and I drink one as soon as I wake up, still in bed.
One after my breakfast, and so on
I find it easier to drink from a 50cl bottle, and I know I have to drink 5 of those.

Mine calculated my bmi when I started last week and I was exactly what I calculated from an app on my phone.

After months of struggling to do Slim and Save, I am going to see a Cambridge Consultant tomorrow morning! Very excited to be back on a supervised food replacement diet.

Mine got all wrinkled after they shrank when I lost few stones last year, it took about 4 to 5 months until they got back to normal. Keep moisturising and it will be fine :0)
Yes you can eat carbs and still be in ketosis
What is difficult to know is how much you can eat without going out of ketosis
Last time I was doing Cambridge 810, I wasn't in ketosis, so I assume just a bit of carb would kick me out of ketosis :(

I come from Cambridge where you can have 70g of veg with your protein, is that right you can have 200g with S&S??
If thats right, wouldn't that amount kick you out of ketosis?
200g is a lot, but maybe I'm wrong and it's less?

I did 810 but am now on step 3 (1000).
Didn't like 810 as i wasn't in ketosis, i was hungry, and i ate rubbish things. So obviously I put on few kilos. Now on 1000, I lost a bit, and I am always full, so i am really happy with this plan.
I have a soup every lunch time at work, the vegetable one as I love it. I do use a whisk to mix it up properly. And just need boiling water, so easy enough to make at work.
Going to see my CDC tonight, so will ask her either I go back on SS for 2 weeks (holidays in 2 weeks) or maybe I could stop Cambridge for now? But what could I eat though?!
I was the same, really tired all the time, no energy... And that was all the way until step 2 (so few months). Hope you get through it though, and seeing the pounds dropping is worth it :)

Same for me after 4 months of Cambridge. I am now having anti-hair loss capsules from Klorane. It has cinchona extract, plant extracts, vitamins and minerals. Have to take it for 3 months as it takes time before you can see it working. And use a really gentle shampoo, I use the oat one from Klorane.

I have my weight in after work at 5.00, I stop drinking at about 2.00 and I go to the loo just before stepping on the scales!
If weight in is at 12.00, I wouldn't have the lunch before (only early breakfast) and I wouldn't drink from about 9.00 or 10.00
Have read you still get good weight loss on 810.
I don't think it will be the case for me though, I am nearly on target and the weight is not dropping anymore.
Mca2168, i only officially started 810 on Thursday. My CDC was on sick the last 3 weeks so I didn't see her, but I knew I had to go up so I only increased protein a bit, but now i am fully on 810.
But I pigged out for the first time this weekend so not good at all, will be back on track from...

I used to have a bar every day at lunch time for about 3 weeks, I had to stop as my tummy was not right and my weight loss was slow. Since I stopped the bars, tummy is fine, I go to the loo every day and weight is going down :0)
When I first went, she gave me a form to be signed by gp, and it's only when I got back to see her with the signed form that I bought my meals. I took £40 with me, but I use only 3 products a day x
