    My husband is skinny and he over-indulges at Christmas and it is one of the rare time he puts on weight. However, he just cuts down a wee bit after and loses again :cool::cool::cool: So even normal people do have extra treats over Christmas. They just cut down after. We can do this.

    What an honest lot you all are. It is nice to see people admit there slip ups it makes me feel more normal. Well done everyone back on plan today. I had two meals out Frid and Satu and loads of cava Friday. Went straight back on the plan Saturday afternoon and Sunday.

    I think you save money because you are making food from scratch, once you have all the incredients in the store cupboard. Pre packed food is very expensive and no where near as healthy. I do know that our Sainsburys do the Quorn Swedish Meatballs.

    What about a mini trampoline, some of them come with DVDs and they fold up out of the way. Not like my treadmill, which is brilliant for hanging the ironing on. Power walking is a brilliant exercise, or you could both go Salsa dancing.
