    try freederm. Its a skincare range which you can get in boots, tesco, superdrug etc. Its really gentle on your skin and I noticed a real diference after a few weeks or so. I also have pcos and have had bother with my skin for years. x

    I have pcos and still waiting for a test to come up positive for me. Really hoping that being on slimming world will do the trick or at least make it a bit easier if I need help. Heard lots of people who have been pregnant have kept on the plan, sure its safe and been consented by midwives xx

    Just looked in food optimising book, plain popcorn popped without fat 5.5 syns for 28g. Seems a lot. Then again it doesnt weigh much so maybe thats quite a large volume.

    First week weigh in.....

    Well done!! I had my first weigh in tonight also and lost half a stone. Was really pleased with myself and its given me the motivation to keep up the hard work.
