    My scales do the same, I usually round up or down to 1/2 lb. This morning my weight was 11.08 7/8 ! I classed it as 11.09 and a STS - I don't think losing 1/8 of a lb is worth recording!

    That sounds pretty stressful to me! If they continue to get worse, or don't get any better then I would go back to the doctor again. My recent experience with doctors is that you need to be very insistent if you want something done, i.e. more in-depth tests or seeing a specialist.

    I have seen it suggested on here before that not eating enough syns can slow down weight-loss. If your body does not get enough calories I think it holds on to the calories it does get, all the more firmly. Maybe up your syns to 8-10 a day (you're allowed 15), and see if that helps.     Keep at it, it sounds like you're following the plan properley. Often it's psychological...as in you feel big because you know you've eaten lots of food, but as soon as the scales show you've lost weight, or your waistband feels looser, suddenly you feel thinner and healthier!

    Hmmm not sure. Just because they are Boots own doesn't mean they are better or safer...I would just stick to a normal diet as you are doing. It's a lot safer, and you don't have to deal with the severe consequences if you over eat! SW is low in fat anyway, I'd stick with that x
