I think old clothes are the best gauge for me. I always dig them out to see. Even my partner finds it difficult to see, because he's around me all the time. I think seeing someone you haven't seen for a while is always good too. Lou xx

Hi Everyone. Started Diet Chef Monday and so far I've lost 6lb. Really excited, and the food is really nice so far. I feel like I'm cheating a little, because its so easy. Don't have to do anything other than enjoy the food. Haven't been hungry at all. Good luck everyone!! Lou
