    I've started and re-started Lipotrim twice in the last 3 weeks! I know that I just have to let my body reach Ketosis, and I'll be on the home straight. It's getting to the 5 days that is the difficult part. Can anyone offer me some advice on how to stay motivated?? Thanks Guys!

    I am in the middle of my re-feeding week, and so far have not gained anything, even though I had a potato 2 days ago. You can eat any white fish. You can use all herbs and spices. I wouldn't marinate until you've completed your first week, or at least the first 4 days. Hope that helps.
