    Can you please help with the PP here, in the online tracker it says 1/4pkt 35g is 0pp the info on the pack says, per 100g protein 15.1 carbs 34.2 fat 37.1 fibre 0.8 and the pack is 35g

    I weighed myself yesterday and I have lost 2lb so I am feeling much better about pro points now, I have upped my exercise and fluids so fingers crossed it will keep coming off, that's 4lbs in 4wks which will suit me fine if I can keep loosing at that rate till Christmas:p:p:p

    Thank you I normally have home made vegetable soup in the fridge so that fills me up lunch time, I love smooties but I normally add Ice cream to mine so haven't had any since I started, pity there wasn't a no PP ice cream haha I weighed in 2lbs lighter this week so I must be doing something...

    yes that's what I thought as I had enough points left but I didn't put enough in dry it was actually linguine and I misjudged the amount :sigh::sigh:

    When I weighed what I had cooked I had only 150g and 300 would have been better, I will know for next time, having a 5pp mini magnum to take me to 29 for today so it has turned out okay in the end :D

    thank you, would that be raw or cooked weight, I was going to trim off the fat , grill it on the bone and then weigh the meat and then add a couple of pp for the meat I pick off the bone :D

    Can someone help please If I am working out pro points using the online calculator which carbs and fat figures do I use if it has two, IE carbs 0.8 of which sugars 0.8 fat 2.2 of which saturates 1.5 :confused::confused::confused:
