    Chicken goujons

Hiya, Asda ones are 5 points for 68g. Hmm.. but M & S ones are 6 points for 112g! Sainsburys are 7 points for 89g. I would think that from the butchers they would be more chicken and less crap, so I would equate them with the M&S ones, but to be on the safe side, maybe 6 points per 100g???

    When does points allowance drop?

I started off on 31 points, then after 5lbs dropped to 30, then after another 3 lbs, dropped to 29! I only found out because I put my weight into esource after each meeting. Well, one 85g cheese and onion panini roll is 7 and an 82g cheese ciabatta is 6. I can't find anything that looks like a cheese cob, so perhaps 7, just to be on the safe side....

Does it have any nutrional value? If you have the protein, carbs, fat, fibre and portion size, it can be worked out.

    Indian restaurant

Hi, I have just joined this week and am going out for an Indian tonight. The e-source only gives limited meal options. Does anyone have an eating out guide that they wouldn't mind looking in and let me know the points of some prawn, king prawn or chicken byriani dishes please? Thank you
