    How often you weigh?

    I'm netting around 1400 cals, even if I do exercise. It all went to hell today anyway. So tomorrow is a new day, going to use mfp and off work for 2 weeks so can focus more on this hopefully. Thanks for your advise x

    I only lost about 1/2 pound this week but it means I'm now 13st 13.5lbs. Being under that 14st bracket has really spurned me on. Silly isn't it what difference .5lb can make to your attitude :) x
