    The best advice I can give is keep yourself busy and drink atleast 3 but no more then 4 liters of water a day as this will help flush out the rubbish in your system and help you get into Ketosis. 3 and a half stone should not take you too long so you should be able to achieve your goal well...

    I think with exercise you will have to listen to your body as it will tell you when you need to slow down or stop. I think exercise will help once you don't push yourself too far as that will start to build more muscle and that will lessen your losses.

    heh ya it is a very basic package that the ketostixs come in alright. But mainly they are used for Diabetes patients if I remember correctly but the low cab and lipotrim diet peeps have lovely embraced them :)

    powdered sweetener

    Be careful about powdered sweetener as they contain a small amount of actual sugar to make it grainy. Once you didn't have loads you should be ok but it might be a good idea to pick up some tablet sweeteners so you can be prepared in the future :)
