    Frozen chicken

    Yes it will be perfectly fine!(and you are NOT a moron!). Cook it as you alway would and make sure if it has defrosted that you keep it in the fridge until tomorrow. Enjoy it! Personally I think that most foods can go beyond their best before dates,but your chicken isn't even out of date!
