    Well not going too well for me! Stayed the same AGAIN! apparently I'm not eating enough calories. My instructor wants me to go from 1450-1500 to 1590! The logic seems wrong to me!

    Weight loss staying the same!

    For the past few weeks I keep either staying the same or losing gaining half a pound! I've had a chat with my instructor tonight who thinks that I'm now eating enough! She says that I should be eating 1590, whilst I've been previously been on between 1450-1500. Anybody else got any thoughts?

    Any ideas how I'd find out the calorie intake on their foods? I've tried the website with no luck and google hasn't helped much either! I was very good most of the day so had 900 calories to spare but I suspect I went over that!!!! It's annoying they dont give that info out! On another note...

    I got a set of electric scales from Avon which works out the calories for you! Not sure if they do them in other places but even if you can't get that type deffo worth getting a normal set!

    Yup that's me!! You can manually change the amount of calories you've burnt on the app when you input via cardio. No I'm not, I have a tendency to be quite unreliable with it!! lol

    The first week is always the worst! I remember my first exercise class! During the class I was convinced I'd never go back because it was too hard and I was exhausted but after I got home I felt better! That was a year ago nearly and I love the exercise part now!

    Hiya for the fat you go by per 100g and for the calories you go by per pack or per serving (depending on what you are buying). It does get easier! I remember my first shop took 5x longer than normal because I had to read everything I bought! I love the exercise, once I got used to it!

    Hi! I'm doing RC and I love it! I like the exercise class, although to begin with I didn't! Haven't been for a couple of weeks though as I had a minor op beginning of last week so can't exercise and have been desperately trying to eat well and to the diet so I don't put any weight back on!!
