    Lots of veg, fruit and fish, chicken etc don't forget the curly wurlys if you would miss chocolate! (3pp mmmm). Shouldn't make a massive difference to your shop as you can eat what you like as long as you point it! Be careful on anything ready made, frozen or creamy!! :) good luck x

    I've stayed the same for a bit now and have tried using them all and using none! My leader told me to use half last week and I lost 1lb. Think it is natural for weight loss to slow down, after all if we kept with the biggest losses there would soon be nothing left of us!!!! x

    Was disappointed last week as lost 1.5 and previous week lost 3 (and totally used my weekly pp's). Am now in the part where I usually give up. Ww leader said tonight 10.10 normal (my 10% is 11) but when I started 3 years ago was 10.3! Seriously need some willpower, have used more than my 49...

    I've done it... Just be good until way in and keep on your daily points. Didn't make me gain but maybe I was lucky. We all have blips sometimes. Make sure you're good next week so it doesn't catch up with you and don't beat yourself up about it x

    That's such a good idea. Meat free meatballs sound yummy :) do you leave it all day or just a few hours? I fancy doing it but worry they'll disintegrate!
