    Try weight watchers and look at my diary. 7lb over 14 weeks is still a loss and a good one. You don't want to end up looking like a Shar Pei which can happen when you lose weight too quickly. Good luck, but don't give in.

    Asda are doing the latest WW steam in the bag meals at £5 for 3 meals. I recommend the Chicken Chop Suey at only 5 PP. Delicious, quick and filling. Only 8 mins in the microwave and perfect for in the office if you have a spoon as you can eat it straight from the bag.

    Lol, I discovered that you can move the scales by as much as 7lb with water loss. Apparently, if we don't drink enough our body hangs onto the water and stores it in our body tissues, but as soon as we start to drink it regularly the body expels it making us weigh less. More water less weight:D

    Good news for those who like the taste of philadelphia cheese. Morissons own eat smart version is £1 and a quarter of the very large tub is only 2pp or 8pp for the whole tub. Its great with chives and chopped fresh tomato mixed into it for a sandwich filling.

    THE Beginning

    I never push my ideas on people, we each have our way. But, there is a great article on here about emotional eating and for the first 4 days dieting I was getting cravings like mad, I read the article and now understand when I'm hungry and when my mind is playing tricks on me. It really works.

    Muscle weighs much heavier than fat. Try using a tape measure to measure your bust, waist, hips. If you don't see a loss on the scales but your size is toning and reducing, then you're winning :)

    So if the minimum points anyone will ever be on is 29, and I'm currently on 32, how do we lose more weight when it gets difficult? I'm confused, yet managed to lose 16 and half pound in my first week! I'm dieting alone because I can't get out.

    Another good one is 'Jenier' Rooibos and caramel tea. It tastes like buttery rhubarb crumble with toffee and custard. I'm someone who can eat a tin of Quality Street all to myself. I seriously recommend it. When the sugar pangs hit, make yourself a teapot full.
