    Hmmm. Not sure. I run on the road. You may have to start increasing in to about 7 or 8 just before you have to start your sprint and take it back to 4 just before you're due to stop. Might need a little trial and error!! Think the main thing is that you sprint for 15 seconds somewhere around...

    I'm doing running for weight loss. I'm on intermediate week 3 and it's something like warm up, 3 min run, 15 sec sprint, 2 min walk, 3:30 run, 15 sec sprint. 1:30 walk etc. Obviously, advance is much harder and assume beginner is much easier. I really like it. X

    Try to avoid eating in the morning Firstly, it's good to have a 16hr fast (helps with fat burn) And secondly, I find that eating breakfast makes me hungry all day! I have black coffee and boiled water instead and first eat somewhere between 1pm and 5ish. Good luck! X

    Yes. I'm liking it. And lost nearly 8lb over last month and a bit so lots more than usual! Will see what happens on fri and keep on going. I'm off to morzine on fri too for a days skiing and a weekend of celebrating my sister's birthday. A loss on fri would get that off to a great start! X

    Splitting calories

    I have most of my cals in one go at about 5:30. This means I get almost a 24 hr fast in! If I eat breakfast, I'm starving by 11 and haven't foun lasting til 5 or 6 too difficult. Might save 100 cals for a snack an hour or so later but then another fast til thee next day. X

    I used get running. It was good and you could have your own music on as well. I use runkeeper now but just to track distances I run since i finished the c25k. Didn't think u could use it as c25k??? X

    I wear the usual. Running pants, sports bra!!, proper running socks are a must and I bought really good asics trainers to support my legs. They weren't that expensive either. X

    If u need to slow down a bit then do. As long as u run when they say run (even if very slowly) u'll be fine!! You might not notice a big change in your fitness till closer the end but you de will get there!! X
