    I have quark... what the h*ll do I do with it?

    Quark can be used as a sauce on top of a lasagne, spread it out and then put some cheese (healthy extra a of course) on top of it! that's always tasty!

    Tracking graphs/charts?

    I made one just by simply dividing a square/rectangle up into boxes, one box for every pound I want to lose. Then when I get home from WI I colour the boxes in, and write the date in. Looks really motivating when you've got some coloured in! Good luck in finding something :)

    I think there is a book that has the branded healthy extras in - a little one about branded free foods! I thought about buying it but now I've found list online i just check things on there! But might be worth you looking in club?

    O sorry I meant slimming worlds website (didn't right it very well!) I only joined in January though so don't know if the website changed since then? I don't use it that much tbh so I probably wouldn't have noticed any changes! hehe!

    It worked! But yeah I've only ever known this website but i do sometimes think stuff is in odd places and have struggled to find stuff! But that list is brilliant...I had no idea that many foods were classed as healthy extras - I've been going by whats in the book alone! Thanks!

    Hi all. Have been having look on here since started classes just after new year, lots of good tips :-) ...just realised have lost my cardthat they put in little machine before weigh in and wondered if anyone knows if i can just get a new one tomorrow at class or if it's more complicated...
