So 1 stone is 15lbs. Thanks for clearing that out because a lot of pep here use stones lol

It's going good so far. I'm still craving some sweets from time to time but I've purchased some sugar free hard candy and gum and that's helping me a lot lol! I have to wait till sat to weight myself so hopefully this "sacrifice" pays off at the end of the week :-)

I did the "me" diet for a while but it didn't work out haha I tried to keep within a certain amount of calories a day and at the end of the day I would end up with calories to spare lol I just started the Atkins diet on Saturday and hopefully with some will power and also the gym I'll see good...

We are the same height and aiming for the same result...and I'm also on the 155'sh haha What diet you following?

Thanks Irene...I started 2 days ago and my body is getting used to the food change...I miss sweets since they are my downfall hahaha
