    Sadly, not a hope in hell! Anywhere I look it says 1000+ calories so that's 14.5 points BEFORE sat fat is included! What I've done a couple times faced with a kebab shop scenario is ask for a Pitta and salad. Even that I'd point about 8 to be on the safe side.

    I throw that in to the "fixed points" portion on pro points. The areas where as long as you only eat to satisfied it's 5 points (rice, pasta etc counts too). so it's a tin that I buy. It's possibly more than 5 but the standards 5 points theory has worked for me! Toast - 5 16.5
