    I sometimes have cereal bars for a quick breakfast/lunch. Usually its the light alpen bars, a fibre plus bar or a cadbury brunch bar (have to syn this though). Which ones are considered healthy bs?

    :)Pleased lost 2lbs this week step in right direction. Exercised for just 1 hour and did some gardening this week. Trying to keep to 10 syns a day as can't use them all in one go and be good for rest of week. Hope you all have good results. x

    :sigh: stayed the same yet again. will have to start exercising and dropping a healthy a. Cook with oil just 1 tbsp always my downfall as means have hardly no syns after. I could cook with frylight but other half will moan non stop. Will try harder this week as sick of sts just want to lose.

    Celebrate the small losses because they will add up to the total. Its just sitting there and hearing other peoples losses. You did well because it takes time to adjust to the food optimising. Good luck next week x

    Sometimes we all know its better to restart as we feel down about having regained. Small goals to get to bigger goals. When I went to the groups they used to set a target of loss for that week and then applaud you next time if you got that target. Miss the stickers so might start some sort...

    Hiya Zumba quite energetic. You seem to be sorted on the exercise front. Diary the key to losing more and truly listing everything consumed. I try not to start the day with high sugar foods as consume even more during the day. You seem to be doing well as steady loss. be proud of yourself

    Friday weighers

    :p finally lost 2lbs this week after sts the same for past 2 months. Do cheat a lot. Using oil instead of fry light. Over indulging on snacks. So pleased. Need to post here weekly might encourage me to stay on track.

    I weigh in friday quite early at 06.30 am. I always tend to stay the same but I do tend to over snack. What times do others weigh at. i used to weigh on Monday's at 7pm when I went to group. Thinking to change the day since its by the problem zone of weekend.
