I like Tesco healthy living Cumberland pork sausages (1 syn each), Sainsbury!s BGTY Cumberland pork sausages (1 syn each), Heck chicken Italia sausages (0.5 syns each) and Heck smoky paprika (0.5 syns for 2 sausages)
Morning Jaffa,
I have had my Diary deleted, as not happy with what has gone on here lately, and felt that there was far too much personal information contained in it.
I will keep up with subscribed diaries and topics, but for the time being don't feel comfortable with keeping my own diary x
Lovely to have a surprise visit off your Sister, Janet!
I always use Santa Maria (previously named Discovery) Fajita, Taco and Chilli seasonings that are about 3.5 syns a packet but serve 3-4 people.
Food for splurge day doesn't sound too bad to me!
And I get fed up of the no weighing at home lectures in Group, as of course the C doesn't want to lose her money. The other one we are lectured on is booking holidays when you don't want to face the scales, as opposed to a genuine reason.
Boiled eggs with "posh" soldiers (asparagus wrapped in proscuitto)
I thought the proscuitto was too salty, so, peeled it all off, which was just as well, as when I ran the 100g pack through the syn calculator, it was 11.5 syns!
Thank you Nanny Doreen. It is Leerdammer light cheese slices, that are 54kcals a slice, so two for a hexa. The shredded ham hock is new in Aldi, and when I put it through the syn calculator it comes out as free for the whole packet!
Lovely thanks Janet, hopefully my local Aldi will have some on Monday!
Been thinking, and I don't think I have ever made a risotto from scratch, so maybe that will be on the menu soon!
Roasted:
Spray with fry light and season with chilli and garlic salt and roast at 200*c for about 25-30mins
Actifried:
Using either EVOO or OO flavoured with garlic or chilli
My scales weren't very nice this morning either!
I was up at 3.00am to see what was happening then at 6.30am, and kept an eye on BBC news all morning in work!
To be honest, I hadn't expected any party to get an outright majority, but wasn't surprised at the outcome in Scotland.
You certainly are!
I'd heard that BNS soup mix from Asda was good, but everyone is different, so, may give it a go, I liked the carrot and coriander one, but didn't like whatever one had creamed coconut in it!
Life begins at 40, maintaining with SW for Life -Green days & some EE/Red pho...
Good news about the scales, hope all is good at the hospital and have a lovely lunch with your Mum x
I'm not a lover of those trays, and prefer Mermaid trays, as they heat up really well.
I usually cook sweet potato chips for about 25-30 mins at 200*

Hubby was diagnosed as Coeliac initially with blood tests then by a biopsy of his gut.
A few years later he was tested for lactose intolerance, which I think was just blood tests.
Hubby doesn't like Tesco GF pasta, his favourite is Salute, but can mo longer get it, but he has had Heinz GF lately and liked it, they do spaghetti too.

Do you have to weigh this week Jaffa?
When I switched Groups, I hadn't weighed for five weeks, but found online that they would let you go about six weeks, but just preferred you to weigh in once a month!
Ditto!
I went over Target over Christmas and the new year, after maintaining for three and a half years, and can't shift the gain for love nor money (pun intended, as I have been paying since then), despite, like yourself, not changing anything!
Albeit, I am maintaining, as haven't gained...
Good grief Janet, no wonder you have been so ill!
Hopefully this course will work, and you will soon start to feel an improvement, but sounds like a long haul!
Good service, letting Joseph have an alternative!
Good luck for weigh in Janet!
I have in the past eaten at BUPA and Spire hospitals, as both an inpatient and outpatient in their restaurants, and food was always good. The restaurant at the Nuffield Hospital wherecwe have been taking Kate also smells and looks delicious, so, I am sure you will...
In fairness, still good for Private Healthcare, I have waited 10-14 days for different MRI's
Good lick "The Braveone!"

What an outing!
Not surprising Joseph's BP was up.
Good that there isn't a long wait, but as you said Janet, would have been easier to have got it done today.
Maybe she is right, perhaps they aren't working on whatever your infection is, and may need a different type, but hope not.

Janet, the one Member I was talking too, hadn't joined long, and she just said it was because she had a lot of weight to lose, and said her friend had the same allowance.

There are some on 20+ syns in my Group, and I understood from one of them that they had more as they had more weight to lose.

Hope you feel better soon Janet!
I'm one who likes comforting foods when I feel unwell, bolied eggs, hot buttered soldiers, fresh bread and butter...lol
But, if I am upset, I can't eat!
I was the same Jaffa, and I would only go to my previous Group if I knew the scales were good! So, usually only weighed every 3-4 weeks.
When I started at my new Group, I continued doing the same, but then my C asked me to join her social team, and thus like yourself, attend every week, but I...
Has anyone else noticed that these have changed?
The nutritional information and ingredients appear to be the same, but there is a lot of foreign writing on the back of the box, and the individual wrappers have changed.
In my opinion more chewy and not as chocolatey tasting
Hope Matt does well!
There is a half marathon in our town this morning, the first for many years!
The tomatoes topped with tuna and cheese looked fab, will have to have that for lunch this week!
Oh dear, Janet, no wonder you couldn't like it!
I suffer with bad travel sickness too, and swings used to make me sick too!

I don't think you can pay off one credit card with another, otherwise, as you say, it would be classed as a balance transfer, and would possibly incur fees, so maybe wait for the new card, just in case?
