    Boiled eggs with "posh" soldiers (asparagus wrapped in proscuitto) I thought the proscuitto was too salty, so, peeled it all off, which was just as well, as when I ran the 100g pack through the syn calculator, it was 11.5 syns!

    Thank you Nanny Doreen. It is Leerdammer light cheese slices, that are 54kcals a slice, so two for a hexa. The shredded ham hock is new in Aldi, and when I put it through the syn calculator it comes out as free for the whole packet!
