    Thanks so much everyone. Just writing things down and then being able to read your thoughts and support have calmed me down and I am feeling slightly more in control! This is actually great advice to remember because there have been times I've made myself go out and it has still been fun.:)

    What is the worst film you've ever seen?

    'Where The Heart Is'. Words can't even describe. Natalie Portman was in it and was scared of the number 5 so when she went into labour in aisle 5 of Walmart she had to drag herself to the next isle. It just got weirder from then on.

    Thanks for the welcome! And no not really... I just usually exercise and eat as healthily as possible and hope a combination of the 2 will work! Going to read about different options though.
