    One week in...

    Hiya, It's really hard to stop weighing every day when you've got into the habit. Still fairly early days for me so the pounds are coming off OK, but I eventually there'll be a plateau and that's when the daily weighing kills your motivation. But how to stop??

    All About Weight - any good??

    Hi plse I'm also new here, not heard of All About Weight but have tried everything from Cambridge to cabbage soup over the years, what does it involve? Also been dieting for many years, hope the low fat/low cal 'sensible' option will finally be the one to get it off and keep it off 8-)
