    I agree with you. Looking at what I've been eating I think the extras are taking me over 2,000 cals a day up to around 2,500 - my TDEE is 1895. Cutting these out will probably see me between 1,500 to 1,900. I like my food so much that I can't see my calories dropping below this on an UD.

    I am so impressed by your consistently good losses. Most people seem to slow down at some point but your losses are always fabulous.     I think that psychologically there was something of this going on with me yesterday re. the ice cream. I didn't need two bowls and could easily have kept the last serving for Tuesday. As you say, it's still a learning curve. Having said that, am breezing through my DD today. Not been hungry at all.
