    I do some batch cooking, usually curry in the slow cooker and the odd soup for lunches at work, that's about it! Think I need to get more inventive with my meals!! Love paella and risottos but not sure if they'd freeze ok. Thanks for the tip :)

    whats for lunch

    Was really quick and easy, fried in frylight 2 onions, 2 cloves of garlic and 4 rashers of smoked bacon chopped up. Then added it to a saucepan with a can of red lentils (drained and rinsed), and a few tbsp of water and warmed it all through. Took less than 10 minutes :)

    Had a really weird concoction but it was lovely! Baked a sweet potato, then I scooped out the middle and mixed it with some mashed carrot and swede, and fried onion and garlic, with a HE of cheese melted on top! So filling and yummy :-)
