    You can spread your fat content over the day it doesn't have to be 15g per meal......so you could have 10g at breakfast, 15g at lunch and then 20g at dinner....as long as you don't go above 45g per day....

    Jude, you can also do this outside if no-one else is around ....walk then up it to a brisk walk then a sprint and repeat......it gets the body to work harder....make sure when your drinking water its really cold this makes your body work to heat it up, hence burning fat........ you can jog on...

    The Alli diet plan works slightly different....if you go by the book..... even with Xenical websites they differ between 5g fat per 100g and 10g fat per 100g as long as your not going over your fat allowance on Alli you will be fine.....:)

    Passiflora, I wouldn't worry go out and enjoy your walk.....when your weighed on a night you will have between 2-4lb extra weight because of your food/drink during the day........but if your used to getting weighed at WW on a night it will still show a loss compared to the week before :):) xxxx

    Yes the incline burns calories quicker but they are carb calories which is annoying.......same as the quicker you go the calories add up....it only burns a small amount of fat......when trying to burn fat you have to workout at a slower pace and for longer......My mate who is a personal trainer...

    Autumn.......alter your calories by a 100 up/down for a week(alternate them daily)....sometimes it kick starts the metabolism.. When you walk make sure your not going too brisk as I done this for over a week and lost nothing, yes you burn more calories at a higher rate exercise but you burn more...
